Danat Resort Jebel Dhanna launched of six luxury waterfront villas at the west coast resort.  Danat Resort Jebel DhannaThe new villas join the already established base of 109 rooms and suites, and according to general manager, Manoj Kanwal, the new accommodations will appeal to a five-star market.

Kanwal said: “We know there is a need for an upscale product that will be used by couples, small groups and a variety of specialised travellers.  The villas at Danat Resort Jebel Dhanna boast privacy, beautiful décor and modern amenities.”

Each villa has a living room and kitchenette while the bedrooms feature queen beds and twin beds.  All the bathrooms have a full-size soaker tub.  The one-bedroom villas interconnect for the ease of parties travelling together.

The villas have spectacular sea views, and are appointed with all modern conveniences such as IDD telephones, television with satellite channels, an in-room safe and a refreshment centre.  Guests receive a welcome fruit basket along with tea and coffee making facilities, two bottles of mineral water and daily local paper.  Before check out, a butler will assist with all the guest’s departure details, from packing to reconfirming travel arrangements.

Kanwal said: “The villas are both exclusive and functional; however, it’s the extra privileges for our villas guests that set these accommodations apart.  From unlimited access to the health and beach clubs to complimentary mini-massages we want our guests to be as comfortable as they are at home – and even more so.”

The villa experience begins on arrival where all waterfront villa guests check in at a private lounge.  Guests may borrow MP3 players for use at the pool or beach and enjoy a free DVD movie to unwind.  They are also encouraged to book a complimentary 10-minute de-stressing head and neck massage provided by the resort’s massage therapists.

Inclusive for their stay, villa guests are welcome for drinks in the C-View lounge during the evening and have the choice of buffet breakfast in Tides, the all day dining bistro or an American breakfast served in the villa the next morning.

For a short getaway or a week on the beach, Danat Resort Jebel Dhanna provides as much or as little activity as guests require.  For adventure, the hotel can arrange deep sea fishing, tours of Sir Bani Yas Island nature reserve, while those who crave a more holistic approach can enjoy massages indoor or on the beach, sauna and steam room, or the simple pleasures of star-gazing and kite flying.

All resort guests may also access a private 800-metre sand beach as well as two floodlit tennis courts and two squash courts, swimming pool, the Body and Soul Health Club, plus water sports and beach activities.  Five restaurants and lounges offer a variety of dining experience from Pan-Arabic cuisine to casual poolside fare.

Kanwal said: “Our villas reflect an old world style of travel in the modern era.  We are here to anticipate the needs of our guests, so from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart.”

Villas start from AED 1500 for a one bedroom and AED 2000 for two bedroom.
