20 leading french companies at MEE 2006

For the 5th consecutive year, UBIFRANCE, the French Agency for International Business Development, will be present at MEE, this year with a record 20 french companies gathered under the official French pavilion.

The 20 companies that are considered to be leaders in various fields of energy industry in France, Europe and for some, worldwide, will display their global industry experience and market their services and products to a record-breaking audience in excess of some 25,000 key decision-makers.

Marie-Eve THEVON, UBIFRANCE Project manager, stressed the importance of french enterprises present at this year’s show as they deal with a wide variety of products and services that could be of utmost help for local public or private partners dealing with energy.

According to various sources, Middle-East Electricity exhibition which is one of the world’s top five power and electricity shows, is a vital platform for related companies such as the 20 french leader enterprises to seek contracts of mutual interest and contribute to the region’s multi-facet energy infrastructure projects.

Sarah Woodbridge, Exhibition Director, confirms that “an increasing number of major international companies are establishing and/or strengthening their regional presence to compete for the many highly valuable contracts that are coming up for tender”.

The 20 french companies’ services and products are diversified,  covering  the entire spectrum of the energy industry. They will be present at the four sections of MEE 2006, i.e. Electricity, Power Generation, New and Renewable Energy, alongside the new Gas sector.
