The talents of Wella Professionals’ most experienced technicians along with stylists from the renowned Dubai-based Fadi Chedid Salon were on show last week as they provided the finishing touches to a stunning DSF fashion week 2007.
 
The hair experts were asked to support some of the world’s leading fashion designers in producing unique looks for each of their runway shows using the latest styling techniques, colours and innovative creations.
 
The latest spring and summer collections arrived in Dubai especially for the event straight from the Paris and Milan runways, with the biggest names in the business such as Valentino, Sonia Rykiel, Kenzo, Christian Lacroix and Emanuel Ungaro among those featured.

The hair stylists created ultra-feminine, floral and bourgeois looks to complement the clothing collections on display.  With each designer, the hairstyles changed dramatically to reflect the essence of each fashion house in turn and the technicians worked closely with leading fashion experts from Paris to perfect the overall aesthetics of the exhibition.
 
While Wella Professionals is one of the most respected hair brands in the world, with an established presence across the Middle East, the Fadi Chedid Salon is a long-term Wella ambassador and key account for the brand in Dubai, with a reputation for delivering first-class hair styling for some of the regions top media, biggest organisations and highest profile events.

Held at the Jawhara Ballroom, Madinat Jumeirah, in Dubai, and accessible by invitation only the exclusive fashion show was held under the patronage of HH Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma al Maktoum.
