The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) recently released new crash test and rollover ratings for the Nissan Murano, earning the government's highest ratings in providing protection in front-end and side crashes.
The 2007 models of the Nissan Murano received five stars in frontal- and side-impact crash tests for both the driver's and passenger's sides. The Murano also received 4 stars in rollover tests, the highest score available for SUVs.

The 2007 Nissan Murano includes a host of safety features such as ABS and dual stage supplemental front airbags with seat belt sensors, front and rear disk brakes and zone body construction help protect the occupants of the car in case of collision. Nissan Murano is part of the largest SUV line up in the Middle East from Nissan.
