InfoLogix, Inc., a technology provider of enterprise mobile solutions for the healthcare and commercial industries, announced that it had been chosen by the General Authority for Health Services, in partnership with ITQAN, a major systems integrator for businesses in the United Arab Emirates, to provide a mobile technology computing platform in Abu Dhabi.
The agreement calls for InfoLogix to provide a healthcare mobility solution encompassing more than 600 mobile point-of-care technology devices to support the implementation of a Cerner healthcare information system across five hospitals. This represents the first phase in an overall strategy for these hospitals to move from mobility to advanced RFID solutions.
