Guardian Towers, a new landmark in Abu Dhabi

Guardian TowersThe new iconic development project in Danet Abu Dhabi which is master  developed by Al Qudra Real Estate has commenced work as planned. Located in the heart of Abu Dhabi, overlooking two main streets, Guardian Towers are strategically located fifteen minutes from the Abu Dhabi Airport. The Guardian Towers has easy access to all the important areas such as, Musafah industrial area, most well known schools and institutions, making it an easy place to live and work.


Guardian Towers is the new pearl to join Danet Abu Dhabi. It consists of two adjacent residential and commercial towers. Making it a place to work and live. The towers are linked at the ground level and mezzanine floor, rising to 17 extra floors for each tower. The total area of 860,000 square feet includes a spacious parking lot at the bottom of the building.

The Guardian Towers project has been designed by one of the most skillful architects in the world, and executed by one of the leading contracting companies in the Gulf regions. The project is expected to be delivered by early 2010.
