Emirati singer Hussein Al Jismi finished recording the opening and closing songs for the new Bedouin drama series “Siraa Ala Al Rimal” (Conflict on the Sand). hus

Hussein will also narrate poetry during the episode. The songs lyrics are taken from the well-known poet Sheikh Muhammad Bin Rashed Al Maktoom from Dubai.

According to the London daily Elaph, the new series, directed by Syrian Hatem Ali is about wars between various Bedouin groups in the desert during the 18th century. Stories of love and war tear these peoples apart and reunite them. Filming took place in Dubai, Morocco and Syria.

The series comes after Hussein took a break from his singing career after his father became ill.
