RSA Continues to Transform Online Insurance through www.fasterquote.ae

World’s leading insurer reports record growth in online insurance purchases

RSA, a world leading insurance group and one of the largest insurers in the region, has reported record growth through its online personal insurances portal; www.fasterquote.ae.

Fasterquote is the first and most comprehensive online insurance purchase facility in the region.  Originally launched in March 2006, the site has recently been redesigned to make the process of buying insurance faster and easier than ever.  Customers can now obtain quotations and purchase discounted insurance for eight personal lines products, including motor, home, travel, medical, personal accident, yacht, pet and golf.

“The new site has transformed the way insurance is purchased in the UAE.  Rather than spend hours trying to sort out the best insurance policies for your vehicle or home, you can now quickly obtain quotes and purchase the insurance online in a matter of minutes” said Karl Gray, Director of Personal Lines for RSA UAE.

The web solution is part of RSA’s multi-distribution strategy, which aims to service customers through its call centre, in any of its branches or over the web.  RSA’s call centre agents (800 RSA) can assist customers using the web portal or alternatively undertake the entire transaction over the telephone.  Customers who prefer to deal with the company face to face can be serviced in any of RSA’s ‘walk-in’ customer service centres.

“We have empowered customers by providing them with the option to purchase insurance using a method and time convenient to them.  Using the portal or the call centre, customers can purchase a policy within minutes and have the documents delivered to their door, saving them time, money and effort.  The customer has the added comfort of knowing they are purchasing products which provide some of the highest levels of security available in the region” concluded Gray.

Customers can obtain a no obligation quotation from RSA by going to www.fasterquote.come or by calling 800 RSA (800 772).
