Lamcy Plaza, UAE’s popular family shopping destination, has announced the Disney Princess competition in association with Rotana Disney DVD Distributors, to celebrate the DVD release of the hit movie ‘Enchanted’. Young girls in the age group of 8 to 12 years are invited to dress like a princess and showcase their talent in the competition.
The competition will be held everyday at 7 pm from May 29, 2008 to May 31, 2008 at the atrium of the shopping mall.
Three participants will be chosen on each of the days of the competition for the grand finale to be held on May 31, 2008. The winner of the grand finale will be declared the “Princess”. The top three finalists will win fabulous prizes, which include diamond gift vouchers from Damas, gift vouchers from BooksPlus and DVDs of the movie ‘Enchanted’.

The competition has already received an over whelming response with over 150 registrations up to date.
Further to the celebrations, to give the magical feel and of being in the illusion of Fairyland, a massive Disney Castle will be displayed at Lamcy Plaza.
