| Ahmad Izz furious with Enas Al Dughaidi |

 Rising Egyptian actor Ahmad Izz has expressed his extreme anger at controversial director Enas Al Dughaidi for not mentioning his name in the script of film “Al Bahithat An Al Hurieh” (Seekers of Freedom) as guest of honor only. Ahmad stressed that Enas had taken advantage of his guest appearance and kept making public announcements that he is one of the leading actors in the film to gain more success.
According to the Egyptian based weekly, Al Nogoom, Ahmad added that he only agreed to make a guest appearance on the film as a kind gesture to Enas, who had given him his first push into the acting world when he starred in her film “Muthakarat Murahiqa” (Adolescence Memoirs).
Ahmad fears that Enas’s actions will negatively influence the success expected and hoped for his new film “Malaki Iskindaria”, which is scheduled for screening during the Muslim holiday Eid Al Adha. The film will mark Ahmad’s first leading role in the cinema and he is hoping to meet the expectations of audiences throughout the Arab world.© 2004 Al Bawaba (www.albawaba.com) |

As much as I love Ahmad Izz, I think he should be grateful for the lady who gave him the chance of his life and made him into the superstar that he is. Nothing kills one's career faster than getting a big head too fast.
Ahmad, don't repeat the mistakes of so many other never-heard-from-anymore-stars who got such a big head that the public turned fast against them and forgot them. You never know who you are going to need again in your life. Like they say in America: "don't ever burn your bridges" meaning don't burn the means by which you need to reach to the other side.
