lThe Dubai police department has discovered a will written by the late Lebanese artist Suzan Tamim before her death.
The will was discovered in her apartment where she was murdered.
In the will she left everything she owned to her mother and brother. She also requested that they make a religious pilgrimage for her.
There was no mention of her father in the will.
The police also found a small piece of paper with the words “killed or married” written on it.
An Emirati newspaper reported that Suzan knew that she was going to be murdered, which is why she wrote a will and took it with her from London to Dubai two days before her horrific death. The will was written in Suzan’s handwriting and signed by her.
The will read as follows: “In God’s Name The Merciful and Passionate, to God we return, I leave all of my assets, monetary, real estate, jewelry, and anything else that I own to my mother and brother and no one else. I advise them to give to people in need and to forgive me if I harmed them. I also request that they make a pilgrimage for me and let me rest in peace.”
She also requested that her brother take care of their mother and to be able to forgive.
Suzan was found stabbed to death by a knife in her apartment in Dubai.
The Emirati police were able to locate the killer within hours of her death.
The famous Egyptian businessman Hisham Talat Mustafa hired the killer.
The trial of Talat and the killer Muhsin Munir will commence in Egyptian court on October 18.
