The Lebanese artist Diana Haddad made said that her Lebanese colleague Nancy Ajram does not deserve the “Music Award” for best Arab artist in 2008. nancy

Diana said that there are better Arab artists that deserve the award, like Lebanese artist Elissa and Iraqi artist Majed Al Muhandis.

 “There are artists that worked harder on their albums, compared with Nancy’s,” said Diana, adding, “The standards of the judging committee and how they evaluate the winners is unclear.”

 Diana recently celebrated the launching of her new album “Min Diana Ela” (From Diana To) in the Khaliji “Gulf Countries” dialect. She also celebrated the launching of her Lebanese solo single “Ya Aibo” (Shame on Him), for which she finished filming a video clip in Beirut with the Emirati director Nahlah Al Fahed.
