The young Egyptian actress Nelly Karim will star in a new Arab drama series “Hodoo’ Nesbi” (Proportional Quietness). nelly

The series is written by Syrian Khaled Khalifeh and directed by Tunisian Shawqi Al Majri, and it will be aired on “ART” satellite channels during the upcoming Ramadan season.

 The series stars Egyptians Nelly Karim and Karim Kojak, and Syrians Abed Fahed and Qamar Khalaf.   Palestinian Nadine Salameh, Pierre Dagharm from Lebanon, and Nadirah Emran from Jordan also star in the series, along with a number of Iraqi actors.

According to the London daily Elaph, the story of the new drama series “Hodoo’s Nesbi” is about journalists in Iraq during current crises and fall of the Sadam’s regime and their lives prior to that.
