Next month the famous Syrian actor Jamal Suleiman will start filming his new movie “Siher Al Eshiq” (The Magic of Love). It is Suleiman’s first leading role in an Egyptian cinema film. 
Suleiman plays the role of a Muslim army general that falls in love with a Christian woman played by famous Egyptian actress Laila Elwi.
The film takes plays in the 1980’s, a time when inter-faith marriages were still not accepted by Egyptian culture.
