You will need:
· Whole pieces of fruit
· 3 egg whites· 1 cup powdered sugar
· Wire rack
· Display dish
· Two wide mouthed bowls
Directions:
· Clean and dry the fruits well.
· Put the egg whites in one bowl.
· Put the powdered sugar in another bowl.
· Dip one fruit at a time in the egg whites, and then roll it in the powdered sugar.
· Place your fruits on the wire rack to dry.
· Arrange your sugared fruits in the display dish.
Note: Avoid making a mess, place paper towels under the wire rack to catch the drips.
