You will need:
· 3 eggs
· 1½ cups (150g-5.3oz) sugar
· 1¾ cups (175g-6.16oz) flour· 1 cup milk
· 1 cup water
· ¾ cup (75g-2.6oz) cocoa powder
· ¾ cup vegetable oil
· 2 teaspoons baking powder
· 1 teaspoon vanilla
· 1 teaspoon vinegar
· A big mixing bowl
· Cake tin
· Electric mixer
· Wooden spoon
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius (350 Fahrenheit -Gas mark 4).
2. Grease and flour the cake tin.
3. Break the eggs into the mixing bowl, and beat well with the electric mixer.
4. Add the sugar and mix well with the eggs.
5. Add the oil, vanilla, and vinegar to the egg and sugar mixture, mix well.
6. Now add the flour, cocoa and baking powder to the rest of the mixture, mix well with the electric mixer.
7. Slowly pour in the milk and water, gently stirring with the wooden spoon.
8. Do not worry cake mixture will be watery.
9. Turn the cake mixture into the prepared cake tin. Bake in the top half of the oven for 45 minutes or until done.
