You will need:
· 1 packet of dried onion soup
· ¾ cup (75g-2.6oz) softened cream cheese
· 2 tablespoons vinegar
· 1 cup plain yogurt
· ¼ cup chopped parsley
· Mixing bowl
· Mixing spoon
Directions:
· Empty packet of onion soup into mixing bowl.
· Add vinegar, and mix well.
· Set aside for about 25 minutes.
· Stir in the softened cream cheese.
· Stir in the plain yogurt and chopped parsley, and mix well.
· Put dip in serving plate.
· Place in fridge until needed.
· Serve with chips, crackers or thin strips of cucumber and carrots.
