You will need:
· 2 cups (200g-7oz) sugar
· ˝ cup vegetable oil
· 1 cup (100g-3.5oz) plain chocolate bar
· 2 tablespoons vanilla
· 4 eggs
· 2 cups (200g-7oz) flour
· 2 tablespoons baking powder
· ˝ tablespoon salt
· ˝ cup (50g-1.75oz) powdered sugar
· Mixing bowl
· Cookie sheet
Directions:
· In a bowl, mix sugar, oil, chocolate and vanilla.
· Now add the eggs, one at a time, and mix well.
· Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
· Cover bowl and put in the fridge for 3 hours at least.
· Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius (350 Fahrenheit -Gas mark 4).
· Grease and flour the cookie sheet.
· Take your mixture out of the fridge.
· Shape mixture into small round balls.
· Roll chocolate balls in powdered sugar.
· Place balls, 5cm apart, on greased cookie sheet.
· Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
