You will need:
· 1 cup (100g-3.5oz) icing sugar
· 1 cup (100g-3.5oz) cream cheese
· ˝ cup (50g-1.75oz) cocoa powder· 1 cup (100g-3.5oz) chopped nuts
· ˝ cup chocolate sprinkles, multicolored candy sprinkles, or coconut flakes (optional)
· Wooden spoon
· Mixing bowl
· Paper cup cakes
Directions:
· Put the icing sugar, cheese, chopped nuts and cocoa powder in the mixing bowl.
· Mix well with wooden spoon.
· Roll mixture in the palms of your hands into 2.5 cm (1inch) balls.
· Sprinkle your working top with the chocolate sprinkles.
· Roll balls in sprinkles and place each one in a paper cup cake
Note: You may store chocolate balls in refrigerator in a tightly covered container.
