You will need:
· ˝ cup (50g-1.75oz) plain chocolate bar· 2 eggs
· 2 tablespoons caster sugar
· Hot water
· Saucepan
· 3 small bowls
· Tablespoon
· Egg whisker or electric mixer
Directions:
· Break up the chocolate bar into small pieces and put them in a small bowl.
· Fill half the saucepan with hot water, and place the bowl of chocolates in it.
· Put the saucepan on the oven and turn the heat on low.
· When the chocolate pieces melt completely, remove the saucepan from the heat.
· Separate the eggs into whites and yolks.
· Whisk the egg whites with the egg whisker or electric mixer until they stand in fluffy peaks.
· Add the caster sugar to the egg whites and mix again.
· Beat the egg yolks with the fork just enough to mix them, and then add them to the melted chocolate. Mix well.
· Now add the egg whites mixture to the melted chocolate.
· Pour your chocolate mousse into glasses or bowls, put in the fridge to chill and eat as soon as possible.
