
You will need:
· 1½ cups (150g-5.3oz) plain chocolate· cherries, seedless grapes, strawberries… etc
· Walnuts, blanched almonds…etc
· Small bowl
· Small saucepan
· Wooden spoon
· Waxed paper
· Mat
Directions:
· Break up the chocolate in the small bowl.
· Put some water in the saucepan.
· Put the saucepan on the stove and turn the heat on medium.
· When the water boils, place the bowl of chocolate over the saucepan, until the chocolate melts completely.
· Turn off the heat.
· Carefully place the bowl of melted chocolate on to the mat.
· Use your fingers and carefully dip the nuts and fruits halfway into the melted chocolate, one at a time.
· Put the dipped nuts and fruits on wax paper to dry.
Note: Arrange chocolate dips on a serving dish or place each one in a small paper cup cake.
