You will need:· ¼ cup (25g-1oz) cocoa powder
· 1/3 cup vegetable oil
· 1 2/3 cups flour (do not use self raising flour)
· 1 cup water
· 1 cup brown sugar
· ½ teaspoon vanilla
· ½ teaspoon salt
· 1 teaspoon vinegar
· 1 teaspoon baking soda
· ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips (optional)
· Cake tin
· Fork
Directions:
· Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius (350 Fahrenheit -Gas mark 4).
· Put the flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in the cake tin, and mix well with fork
· Add everything else except for the chocolate chips, and stir well.
· Sprinkle chocolate chips over mixture.
· Bake in the top half of the oven for 35-40 minutes or until done.
