| Saudi King: Israel’s attacks on Lebanon, Palestinians could ignite regional war |

 Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah said on Tuesday Israel’s military offensives on Lebanon and the Palestinians could ignite war in the Middle East.
“Saudi Arabia warns everybody that if the peace option fails because of Israeli arrogance, there will be no other option but war,” state-owned Al Ikhbariya television quoted the king as saying in an official statement.
“No one can predict what will happen if things get out of control,” he said. “The Arabs have declared peace as a strategic choice ... and put forward a clear and fair proposal of land for peace and have ignored (Arab) extremist calls opposing the peace proposal... but patience cannot last forever.”
”It must be said that patience can't last forever, and if the brutal Israeli military continues to kill and destroy, no one can foresee what may happen,” the King said. Al-Ikhbariya said Saudi Arabia had pledged $500 million to rebuild Lebanon and $250 million for the Palestinians. © 2006 Al Bawaba (www.albawaba.com) |

Make do'a. Do good deeds and avoid sins. Condeming muslim kings will incease more sins as it is an Islamic practice. Saudi Arabia has done its best in this region. And has done its best to spread Islamic dakwah. So lets make du'a for them so that they can improve more and we can improve our iman and Allah will help us . Insyallah. |

King Abdullah missed to mention that Israel was the victim and the aggressors, Hezbollah, came from Lebanon to kill and kidnap. Same with the Hamas, they went into Israel to kill and kidnap. These terrorists, without any provocation, fire rockets indiscriminately to the civilian population of Israel. Israel was pushed to defend itself and eliminate the constant threat from an army that was growing on its borders with the assistance of Syria and Iran to perform acts of war; self protection is not an act of arrogance. |

On the other hand the arrogance of Saudi Arabia to “warn everybody” is not comprehensible. Saudi Arabia doesn't even share borders with Israel and is trying to justify terrorist acts from Hezbollah and Hamas, by not even mentioned them. These cockroaches must be eliminated if you want to talk about peace, same as Al-qaeda.
The peaceable solution is the one every civilized country is asking, stop the killing, stop kidnappings, stop hate preaching, stop terrorist groups, stop support to extremist groups, stop envy. |

Is it ISlamic to throw abuse on muslim kings? Would it be nice if we pray and make do'a to Allah to guide them if they are in mistakes? Subhanallah. Saudi Arabia has tried to help. It may not be enough but can we be more ISlamic in encouraging more to donate more money to the War torn lebanon?

Well i think some ppl. is still unhappy with the Saud's dynasty in the Kingdom. I see there is no point to complain on this! King Abdul 'Aziz has try his best to make this Kingdom an Islamic Kingdom. Hey lets put it this way...is there any Islamic country prsent now that has a very strict ulama that even the death of thier King is advised by the Ulama of the Kingdom (the Lajnah) on how to bury it ISlamiccally without those glamour etc..etc...? Well the answer is clear. THe partnership of King Saud and Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahhab (May Allah bless thier sould) have crystallized and path way for ISlamic dakwah in Hijaz to run according to the pathof the righeous predecessors of Islam. |

Rather critcizing efforts by this king (May Allah bless him and encourage him futher to pledge more) let us pray that he and other arab leaders pledge more and contribute more. As for Hizbollah may Allah guide them to the path of Ahl Sunnah.
