An additional budget of 5.4 billion DA has been granted Monday by Algeria's President, Abdelaziz Bouteflika, for the development of the province of Bechar (965-km south-west Algiers). In his briefing, Interior Minister Nouredine Yazid Zerhouni indicated that this program concerns several development sectors, APS reported.
