Al Hajri said that the delay is due to the war in Gaza.

The list of artists includes, from Kuwait, Bashar Al Shati Nabil Shoail, Kuwaiti Nawal and Abdullah Rowaished. From Saudi Arabia, Rashes Al Majed, Abed Al Majid Abdullah, Abu Baker Salem and Muhammad Abdoh, and from Egypt, Tamer Hosni, Shireen Abed Al Wahab and Amro Diab.
