Saudi singer Abed Al Majid Abdullah has been spotted at studios in Dubai recording Emirate’s songs.
Abdullah is working under total secrecy and has refused to have any journalist or television station present during the recording of his songs.
According to the London daily Elaph, Abdullah is scheduled to travel to Cairo to record the songs for his next album, including the song “Yama Erhamini” (Mother Have Mercy on Me), written by Saudi Poet Khaled Al Marikhi. Abdullah previously worked with Al Marikhi on a number of projects. The song was composed by Sahim.
Abdullah’s last album “Insan Akthar” (More Human), released in 2007 was produced by production company ‘Rotana’ and was successful throughout the Arab world.
