Mr. Adel Matook the husband of the late Lebanese artist Suzan Tamim, who was murdered last month in her Dubai apartment, refused to make any comments about the crime or the police investigation of his late wife.
All he said was that “may Suzan’s soul rest in peace”. He also added that he trusts the Dubai police department and left any unanswered questions for them to handle.
On the other hand Matook went on with welcoming people and celebrities who wanted to give their condolences to him for the lost of his wife. Among the guest was the Lebanese Artist Association leader Muhammad Ibrahim, poet Al Yas Naser, musician Al Yas Rahbani, superstar Ragheb Alameh, Melhim Zain and Majed Al Hilani who came in for the famous artist Asi Hilani, because the second got into an accident.
Hilani had fell off his horse. It is needless to say that none of Suzan’s family members were present to take the guest’s condolences, due to the history of disputes between Suzan and Matook.
