Ahmad Fishawi’s engagement

Young Egyptian actor Ahmad Fishawi will publicly announce his engagement to a woman, not from the entertainment world.

Egyptian interior designer Hind Hinawi has accused Ahmad of being the biological father of her daughter. Ahmad refused to undergo a DNA test to prove if he is really the father, but admitted that he had an intimate relationship with Hind.

Hind’s lawyer filed a lawsuit against Ahmad accusing him of adultery after he had confessed in an official police report. The lawsuit will be added to the many filed against Ahmad by Hind, who waits the court’s verdict.

Ahmad is in Cairo filming the final scenes of his upcoming thriller “45 Days.”

Ahmad plays a young man who lives with his wealthy parents and little sister, and tragically his parents are murdered. The accident causes Ahmad to have a nervous breakdown and he is admitted into a mental hospital for immediate treatment. His doctor decides to keep him for 45 days to carefully supervise his condition to see if he is mentally ill, or if he is in fact the killer who murdered his own parents.

The fate of Ahmad lies in the hands of his doctor who will decide if he will be permanently confined to a mental hospital, or if he will face the death penalty.

“45 Days” features a number of prominent actors like Ghada Abdul Rizik, Izzat Abu Ouf, Hisham Salim, and Khaled Abu Al Najja. The film is produced by Is’aad Younis, and Egyptian actor Hannan Turk makes a special guest appearance.

The film is written by Mohammad Hafthy, and directed by Ahmad Yusri, his first film.
