Ahmad Sami, the good man of Egyptian cinema, laid to rest
Prominent Egyptian actor Ahmad Sami, who became famous for always playing the role of the good hearted man in Egyptian cinema, has passed away at the age of 81.
Ahmad’s most popular role was as the seller of beans in the film “The kitkat” in 1991 alongside prominent Egyptian actor Mahmoud Abd Al Aziz. The late actor took part in numerous wrks throughout the history of Egyptian cinema and in most of the films and television dramas he acted as the good hearted old man. Ahmad began his acting career at the age of 50.
Ahmad was born in 1930 and had always dreamt of becoming a television broadcaster, but fate had led him in a different direction and he became a history teacher.
