Egyptian actor Ahmad Zaki, who is being treated for lung cancer, has taken off to Alexandria-Egypt for a short break escaping the tense atmosphere he was living in and to get some time off from the hectic medication schedule he was undergoing. The actor decided he needed time off in order to prepare himself psychologically for his next stage of therapy.
Zaki is scheduled to travel to Paris-France in the upcoming two-weeks for an evaluation of his health condition. The actor will undergo several tests in Paris to see how much his health has improved since he began his first chemotherapy sessions four months ago.
Zaki’s health began improving gradually after a sudden downfall, and he is said to be returning to a somewhat normal life. The actor has decided to try and overcome his illness by always smiling and looking at it in an optimistic way.
Doctors supervising Ahmad’s condition along with his doctor in France decided to halt his chemotherapy sessions for a period of two months. Doctors revealed that they will resume chemotherapy in smaller dosages in order not to fatigue the actor.
In the meantime doctors will attempt to increase the immunity of the actor and improve his psychological state of mind. It was revealed that in order to obtain good results from the chemotherapy, the actor’s immune system must improve. –Albawaba.com
