Ahmad Zaki leaves ICU

Prominent Egyptian actor Ahmad Zaki was taken out of the ICU room at Dar Al Foad hospital to his regular room after he was treated for a stroke he suffered in his left leg earlier this week. It has been revealed that the actor’s recent hectic schedule of filming scenes for his upcoming film “Haleem” have caused him to be prone to encountering strokes, but he was properly treated and his health condition is now stable.
According to the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />London based daily, Al Sharq Al Awsat, Ahmad’s doctors have created a plan for treatment focusing on minimizing the possibility of future strokes by increasing his blood immunity in order to have him return to completing the filming of his movie.
Amidst the joy Egyptians were feeling for the return of Ahmad to the scenes and appearing to be regaining his health, the actor shocked everyone when he encountered a stroke in his left leg earlier this week and was immediately taken to Dar Al Foad hospital. Once the actor arrived, he was immediately treated to ensure that the stroke did not cause major harm.
Ahmad’s doctor Yasser Abdul Qader revealed that the actor would remain in hospital for at least one week after which he may return to complete filming the scenes of his upcoming film “Haleem”, which he had been working on shooting the past two weeks. Ahmad requested of director Sharif Arafeh to resume filming the scenes of the film that do not include him in order not to encounter any more delay.
The first film about the life of the late Egyptian legendary singer Abdul Halim Hafez has finally took effect as Ahmad Zaki, who plays the role of Abdul Halim, began shooting the first scenes. A huge press conference with the presences of thousands of journalists and stars from around the Arab world was held for the launching of the film “Halim”.
