After signing his first album "Bahibak" (I Love You) in Dubai, Libyan singer Aiman Al A’atar, who holds the title ‘Arab Superstar 3,’ headed to Cairo to appear as a guest of honor on the final episode of the program "Soka Stars," aired on the Lebanese satellite channel ‘Future’.
During his stay in Cairo, Aiman is holding interviews with a number of journalists, in addition to recording a special program for the Egyptian local channel alongside prominent Tunisian singer Latifa. The program is scheduled to be aired during the Muslim holiday Eid El Fitr.
According to the London based Elaph, Aiman also recorded a number of programs for different channels, such as the Kuwaiti channel "Al Rai", Orbit Infinity, and Music Plus. The singer also met with a number of Egyptian stars, like Shireen and Angham.
Aiman is taking advantage of his stay in Cairo, preparing to film a new music video for one of the songs from his album, and holding work sessions with a number of composers to select the songs for his upcoming album.
The singer’s album "Bahibak" is witnessing significant success around the Arab world, with record sales exceeding 30 thousand copies. Aiman is scheduled to hold signing ceremonies in Kuwait, Qatar and other Arab countries.
Aiman was recently in Qatar to take part in the Sixth Annual Doha Music Festival; however Aiman’s participation was criticized by some who claimed that he is unqualified.
The General Manager of the festival stressed that Aiman is considered a talented and promising singer, and the festival was honored to have him.
Aiman held interviews with the Qatari media, during which he expressed his gratitude for being chosen to sing in such a major event, considering it the highlight of his new career.
While in Qatar, Aiman paid a visit to prominent Lebanese singer Fadel Shaker.
Fadel wholeheartedly welcomed Aiman and congratulated him for being invited to sing at the festival and for releasing such a successful first album.
Fadel mentioned his intent to compose a song for Aiman in the near future.
Fadel also gave some advice to Aiman as he starts his new career, stressing that he should always be confident in himself and not to pay too much attention to the nonsense that usually occurs in the entertainment world.
