Al Guraini competes with Britney Speers

Moroccan
singer Abd Al Fatah Al Guraini has entered the second round in the competition
for the MTV EMA (Europe Music Awards) award after defeating competing singers
from the Arab world, Africa and India.
Al
Guraini’s media office announced that the singer is set to compete for the
title of ‘World Wide Act’ at the 2011 MTV Awards. At this level Al Guraini will compete with
American singer Britney Speers, who won the title ‘Best North American singer’,
as well as the group Big Bang from Asia, music group Restart from Latin America,
and Lina from Europe.
According
to the internet website MBC.net, Al Guraini’s logo for this round is “Vote for
Abd Al Fatah,” a song title from his latest album.
Al
Guraini was nominated for the award for his high album sales, and for garnering
the largest number of viewed videos on YouTube.

for the competition can be caste on the official website for MTV EMA, www.mtvema.com, until midnight November 4.
