Al Wasmi keeping busy with his music

Emirati music artist Al Wasmi says that before becoming a musician he was an internet addict. 

“I spent most of my time surfing the net, but now I am very busy with my music,” said Al Wasmi.  He does communicate with his fans over the net via email and text messaging.

According to the London daily Elaph, Al Wasmi has released two albums that were both successful.

Al Wasmi recently received an offer to star in a television drama series, but he declined.   He would take acting more seriously when the right role comes along, said Al Wasmi.

When Al Wasmi talks about his wife, he talks about her with great respect. She gets jealous sometimes over my female fans, but she trusts me and supports me 100-percent, said Al Wasmi.
