The Algerian president Abdel Aziz Bou Taflikah led a large audience which has come to the Algerian capital to attend the first show of the Egyptian comedy star Adel Imam’s play Body Guard Monday night.
The president was photographed along with the play cast headed by Adel Imam who was very creative in his funny style to tackle the problems in the Egyptian society. Throughout the performance, which lasted for more than two hours, Imam made the audience who filled the open theater in the middle of the capital laugh.
Actor Ezzat Abu Awf told the press, “I was surprised with the large numbers of Algerians who came to see the play,” adding that he did not expect this readiness by the audience. The cast has never been welcomed with such warmth before.”
The play is scheduled to be portrayed twice at the same hall -- Albawaba.com
