Ali Bin Muhammad, a new album with ‘Rotana’

The music production company ‘Rotana’ released a new album by the music artist Ali Bin Muhammad at the end of June. The new album is called “Khabart Al Waqt 2008” (I Told Time 2008).
According to the London daily Elaph, Ali worked with a number of famous poets from the Gulf countries, like Masaed Al Shamrani, who wrote five songs on the new album - “Janantni” (You Make Me Crazy), “Kharabook” (They Ruined You), “Kish Malik” (Kick King), “Adah Sayah” (Bad Habit) and “Min Haqha” (It’s Her Right). All five songs were composed by Ali.
Poet Faisal Al Yami wrote three songs for Ali - “Al ATlal,” “Lak Ein” (You Have The Nurve), and the third song, from Bahraini folklore tunes is called “Ala Al Reesh” (On The Feathers). All three songs were composed by Ali.
Ali joined a number of famous khaliji (Gulf) singers on a variety album called “Hadramyat,” released at the beginning of 2008. The album also featured the singers Abu Baker Salim, Abdullah Rowaished, Abed Al Majid Abdullah, Aseel Abu Baker, Mansour Al Mahndi, Abed Al Minem Al Ameri and Khaled Al Khatib.
