E&J Entertainment Company is currently preparing its summer programs that will begin in June including some of the biggest names from the Arab music industry taking place in Canada and other countries. The company has already made an agreement with Lebanese singers Alissa and Assi Hilani to perform concerts in different places all over Canada.
According to the London based Elaph, Alissa and Assi expressed their enthusiasm with performing in Canada and see it as a great opportunity to be able to perform in front of the Arabs residing there. The two singers will be touring together and holding joint concerts, which are most likely to be performed in the form of duos.
Earlier this month, Assi had decided to cancel all previously scheduled concerts that were to take place in Canada due to the US led war on Iraq. The singer had agreed with E&J that the time is very inappropriate to hold any form of entertainment while people are being slaughtered.
on a different note, Assi met with the manager of his production company, Salem Al Hindi, in Dubai to introduce a new trend in the release of albums. During their meeting, Assi suggested that instead of filming only one or two songs from every new album in the form of a music video, every song in the album should be shot.
Salem agreed to the idea regardless of the large budget it will require. Salem added that this new trend will without a doubt be successful and he will do all he can to achieve it. The manager added that Assi will be the first singer they will attempt to this new method. It was added that the filming of Assi's album will be postponed momentarily until the conditions in the region calm down.
Personal pictures were taken of Alissa and French model Emanuel Bordalini in their cozy matrimonial apartment in Lebanon. Lebanese director Salim Turk who was witness to the marriage, revealed all the details openly. Salim had previously took a team of decorating professionals to a grand hotel in Beirut where they arranged a room/suite to look like a married couple's paradise especially for Alissa and Emanuel. The makeover of the room was made in order to shoot the new music video "Agmal Ihsas" (The Best Feeling) for Alissa, in which she plays the role of a married woman.
The new video marks the first time throughout her career that Alissa takes on the role of a married woman, an experience she revealed as intriguing. Turk said that the audience is in for a real surprise with an extremely romantic love story of a married couple, who show the world what the meaning of love is. Turk added that he looks forward to the experience being the first time he directs an extremely romantic music video. Alissa will release the song "Agmal Ihsas", which she has hired a professional well-known male model from France to take part in; hopeful it will find the same success as "Ayshalak". –Albawaba.com
