A serious dispute erupted among the organizers of the Jordanian annual summer festival Jarash after Lebanese singer Alissa's concert proved to be a big failure. Alissa demanded a big amount of money for her wage for a single concert but the management could not cover the costs because only 400 tickets were sold.
After the huge loss of money it has been revealed that there is a possibility that the people who suggested Alissa's participation in the festival will be discharged of the their positions.
According to the Qatar based daily, Al Raya, Alissa was so careless about the festival and its organizers that she only sang one song and then used a CD to play her other songs and was only moving and dancing with the music.
Fans were disappointed by Alissa's behavior that showed disrespect to her audience and blamed the management for inviting a reckless singer to a world famous festival.
Alissa uttered that her latest musical album “Ahla Dunia” (The Perfect World) includes a variety of Lebanese and Egyptian songs.In an interview Alissa revealed that she always tries to come out with new ideas in her songs and video clips. The Lebanese star asserted that her success was not based on seduction, adding that video clips are only acting and its not real life. About her competitors Alissa outlined that she has none because every singer is presenting his work and fans decide who they want to listen to.
Alissa revealed that people accuse her of being arrogant but she is not however she is very conservative in her relations with people. The Lebanese star concluded that she has a very romantic personality in real life and that is why her romantic video clips are very sincere and successful.
Alissa has denied circulating rumors that she is living a romantic love affair with a Prince from one of the Gulf countries and that the two plan on getting married in the very near future. The singer stressed that the rumor holds no truth and that she is not involved with anyone from the Gulf or even from her own country Lebanon.
Alissa revealed that she recently she has been attacked with so many rumors regarding her involvement with different men, but unfortunately not one was true. The singer added that she dreams of finding Mr. Right and establishing a family and happy life, but until this point the right person has not walked into her life. –Albawaba.com
