Amr Diab still plans to smoke up the silver screen, don't believe the rumors
The hottie celeb is known most recently for his smooth singing voice, but we'll be enjoying his acting once more, despite what the busybodies are spreading around.
Rumors had it that Egyptian superstar Amr Diab had withdrawn from his new television drama "Al Shuhra" (Fame) because of clashes with the cast and crew, especially with show's producer, Tamer Morsi.
Tamer tamed down the roaring rumors, informing that the screenplay has not even been completed by Medhat Al Adel, let alone been filmed, and our beloved Amr is still on target to star the show, reported Middle East news portal Elaph.
And for those of us wondering if the plot about a young, hopeful singer that made it big in the biz was based on Amr's life, that also is false. Tamer stomped out that untrue story as well.
What other gossip will bob up about this drama, we can only guess, and then assume that the producer will deny it too.
