Prominent Egyptian pop-singer Amr Diab has revealed that he is currently dedicating his entire time to working on his upcoming album and is holding extensive work sessions with different composers and poets like Hameed Al Sha’eri and Yasser Abdul Rahman .
Amr announced that his new album will feature a variety of style featuring oriental and western tunes. Amr has laid down the basic guidelines he will follow in his new album in order to complete it in the soonest time possible.
Diab is also busy filming a new music video for the song “Khalini Bi Balak” (Keep Me in on Your Mind) under the direction of Hadi Al Bajouri. The director revealed that the idea behind the clip is extremely simple, but Amr had immediately loved the idea and so decided to go along with it.
Diab had signed a contract with one of the television production company to star in a new drama series, on the condition that all preparations are done in complete secrecy. Amr refused to reveal any details regarding the new drama stressing that he wants his debut on the silver screen to be a surprise to all his fans.
