Asma’ Al Monawar sings for Abbadi Al Johar

Moroccan singer Asma’ Al Monawar is getting ready to release her second album in stores in the near future. Asma’ is working with Saudi singer Abbadi Al Johar for her khaliji (Gulf) song “Eh Eli Ja Mina” (What Came From Us). Poet Al Naser wrote the song and it will be a production of Rotana, where this would be the first work between Rotana and Asma’.


 According to the London daily Elaph, Asma’ also sang the opening song for the Khaliji television drama series “Lilkhataya Thaman” (Mistakes have a Price). The song is written and composed by Al Sheikh Daiej Al Khalifah Al Subah. The series was postponed till after Ramadan, because it made a great disturbance and this is her first time singing a theme song for a drama series.


  It is known thatthe Kuwaiti composer Yousif Al Mhana is the one who discovered Asma’s voice and introduced her to the Khaliji and Arabic fans. She sang with famous singers like Iraqi singer Kathem Al Saher, Yemeni singer Abo Baker Salem and he Kuwaiti singer Abduallah Riwashid. She also made solo singles and an album that was a production of the Saudi Khaliji Artist Production Company.
