Assi Hilani accuses Nancy of buying “Music Award”

The famous Lebanese artist Assi Al Hilani accused Lebanese artist Nancy Ajram of “buying” the music award that she had received last month, charging that his album had the highest records sales in the entire Middle East, rather than Nancy’s.

 During an interview with the Emirati magazine “Al Maraah” (Woman), Hilani said, “The ‘music award’ was paid for in advance this year by Nancy Ajram.”
 Hilani also said that he was offered the opportunity to receive the award, but turned it down.
