Lebanese heartthrob singer Assi al Hillani has miraculously escaped death after a tragic car crash in one of the streets of the Lebanese capital city of Beirut, the daily Akhbar al Yom reported Saturday.
"Looking at my car, I can't believe that I came out of it alive," Hillani said, indicating the huge crash his car has faced. "I think no one would have come out of this car alive, but I thank God that I did," he added.
Right after the crash, Hillani was sent to the hospital in order to get all necessary aids. He refused to file any report toward the young man, who was responsible for the crash, though confirmed that he is feeling sad for the loss of his new car.
Hillani, who recently released his new album "Al Qarar" (The Decision), has returned to Lebanon after performing concerts abroad. He is expected to set on a singing tour starting next month in the United States and Canada. - Albawaba.com
