Lebanese singer Assy al-Hellani has finished recording a national song inspired by al-Aqsa Intifada.
The song is written by poet Nizar Fransis and composed by Samir Sfeir.
Assy is currently filming the song into a video clip.
However, there has been a move by various Arab artists to show their ongoing support for the suffering Palestinian people who are fighting the Israeli occupation and siege of their lands.
Diana Haddad produced a song which is called “al-Haq Yuktub min Dami” (The right is written with my blood).
Hani Shaker also dedicated his song Filisteen (Palestine) to the Palestinian people, following the steps of Amr Diab, Asala Nasri, Ali Haggar and others – Albawaba.com
