Broke and frustrated, Sabah is back in Beirut

Prominent Lebanese and singer Sabah came back to Beirut heartbroken and frustrated. The reason of this not having to say goodbye to her son and daughter who are living in the states, but due to the fact that she had to sell her house and her dresses, which she was hoping to sell at an auction, because of the hard financial situation she is going through.

Sabah will be living in the Comfort Hotel in Hazmieh after she had to sell everything she owns. She chose to come back to live beside her brother and sister actress Lamia Faghali who is starting to suffer from old age too.

The legendary singer is feeling deep sadness after failing in fixing her relationship with her daughter Huwaida who is currently living in Los Angeles. Huwaida could not forgive her mother for what she did to her when she was growing up. Sabah had neglected her daughter while she was enjoying her years of glory and did not care about her daughter's feelings when she went on marrying and divorcing.

Sabah who lived all her life in luxury did not think to save some of the money she was earning during the years of her career, in addition to being cheated and robbed by some of the closest people to her. One of her friends will be paying for her stay in the hotel and some friends will be giving her some dresses like her former designer William Khouri.

Sabah had previously asked one of her granddaughters to place poison in her food if she ever thought of falling in love or getting married again, after her last experience with Lebanese model Amr Mihio, which came to an expected end. The singer, who is in her nineties, had obviously gone back on her decision of never being involved with another man and is has entered a new relationship.

The singer still has many male admirers, who dream of getting involved with her. The latest admirer, who had fell in Sabah’s net is Era Calvin, owner of a very prestigious restaurant in Los Angeles California, which has also become the current resident of the singer. Era had repeatedly asked Sabah to hold numerous performances in his restaurant, which were all marked with significant success. Era had also held a special honorary ceremony for Sabah and invited many prominent figures.

Recently, Sabah shockingly announced on one of Lebanon’s local radio stations that the only dream she has left is that of dying. The radio announcer asked the singer “What is the one thing you have not accomplished throughout your life and is your dream?” Sabah simply replied that she had tried everything in her life and the only thing left is death stressing that she dreams of what it is like to be dead and what the afterlife has in store for her.

The announcer was in shock when she heard Sabah’s answer and her voice became shaky and embarrassed as she wished the singer a long life. Despite Sabah’s wish of death, she revealed that she stills intends on getting a facelift, but adding that doctors orders have prohibited such operations for her in the meantime. One of the singer’s doctors had warned her that another operation to her face would definitely lead to deformity. – Albawaba.com
