Word up - Platinum Records have issued an Egyptian surprise as they release Carmen Suleiman's debut single, on the back of her Arab Idol success from the premier season.
She may be so last year, but Arab Idol super-star Carmen Suleiman is still going strong and surfing the music waves of her fame and glory. The young super-star has a little 'word' to share in the form of a new single, already topping the Arabian charts. It's out and it's a lyrical treat - the single called 'Word, Word'.
Carmen's first song "Kalam, Kalam" was written by Wael Tawfiq and composed by Ahmad Muhi and Amer Abdul Fatah.
True to her patriotic style, the talent show princess chose to film the vid on home soil in Egypt, under the direction of Yasser Sami.
Suleiman is brimming with excitement as she breaks her latest record and milestone to release this first, and hand-picked, music video.
