Lebanese singer Carol Samaha is starring in the famous play “Zanopia.” Carol revealed that the theater did not take her away from singing and that she is working on two new singles, both in the Egyptian dialect, which she will release soon.
According to the London daily Elaph, Carol will film a music video for the first song in Beirut soon and the song is called “Ya Ma Layali” (So Many Nights). The words for the song were written by Muhammad Jonah, composed by Muhammad Rahim and distributed by Tamim. The first clip will be shown on most musical satellite channels by mid-March.
Carol worked with poet Nabil Khalaf and composer Muhammad Yehya on the second son. Carol is aiming to release the song this summer.
Carol is preparing for a new album that she hopes to release by the end of the year. She wants to work freely on the new album and already has several great offers from various production companies.
Carol seems to be enthusiastic and happy, even though she is working very hard on the play. The last performance of the play is March 23.
