As soon as returned from Nigeria, hosting a live performance to the Lebanese community in Abuja, Lebanese dancer Basima started working on her second video clip. Basima will start filming her second clip “Ahib Dah Wala Dah” (Should I Love This or That) in the next few days. The lyrics for “Ahib Dah Wala Dah” were written by Malak Adel, composed by Muhammad Abed Al Mi’em and distributed by Basem Munir.

The filming of the new clip will take place in Cairo with a special Egyptian director according to Basima’s husband Suleiman Ismail. Her husband also adds that they haven’t reached a final agreement with the Egyptian director.

According to the London daily Elaph, Basima says that the new clip’s budget will reach up to 75 thousand American dollars, because it will be more like the Ramadan riddle shows performances. She will dance to the beat of the Egyptian Sa’idi (folkloric) flute. Basima recently hosted a concert in an Egyptian city alongside Egyptian singer Saed Al Sather and Somlyay and there were over 1000 fans there. Many fans pushed their way through to take pictures with Basima and her bodyguards were having a hard time keeping them away.

On another hand Basima is grateful to host a performance in the eastern part of Cairo and she was also happy with the award she received from the Nigerian Prime Minster, for being the first performing dancer to come to Abuja.
