Prominent Lebanese singer Diana Haddad is currently reading a scenario of an Egyptian comedy film, for the possibility of accepting an offer to star in it. Diana revealed that she did not make up her mind on whether she will accept the offer or not.

According to the London based Elaph, the singer noted that she initially accepts the idea of going into acting, but does not know if it will happen at the current time or not. Diana has scheduled to shoot her music video clip "Waili" (Oh My) directed by her Husband Suhail alabdoul. Diana will also be heading to Cairo to shoot another musical video clip for her song "Khalini Saktah" (Keep Me Quiet), but under the direction of an egyptian director, marking the first clip not by her husband.

Recently, Haddad had announced that she halted all her entertainment activities until her father’s health is stable once more. Diana’s father had suddenly fell ill and was immediately transferred to hospital, making Diana rush to his side.

Diana was recently in Egypt with her husband, UAE director Suhail Abdoul, where she met with director Ahmad Al Mahdi to direct her upcoming song “Khalini Sakteh” from her new album.

Diana celebrated her 27th birthday in Dubai at one of the prestigious hotels among a number of close friends and family members. The birthday bash was noted to have been a memorable event for Diana.

The singer postponed her upcoming release “Hubbi Lak” (My Love is For You) many times due to the fact that it needed more alterations to be made. Diana’s husband has presented his wife with a new music channel as his way of showing her his love. The new channel “El Phan” will be registered in both Suhail and Diana’s names and Suhail revealed that the studios for the new channel will be based in Dubai, Cairo, and Beirut and is scheduled to be launched in October on NileSat. –Albawaba.com
