Diana Haddad to surprise fans with a foreign song
Lebanese singer Diana Haddad held a concert at the Dandana Festival in Bahrain alongside Egyptian singer Shireen Wajdi. During her stay in Bahrain Diana revealed that her new album will hold a surprise for all her fans featuring a song sung in a foreign language.
According to the London based Elaph, Diana will be heading to Lebanon to shoot a new music video under the direction of her husband, UAE director Suhail Al Abdoul. Suhail is known to have directed and supervised most of his wife's work.
During her participation at the 4th Doha Festival in Qatar, Haddad stole the spotlight with her exquisite elegant appearance. The singer wore an outfit designed especially for her by Lebanese international designer Zuhair Murad.
With her beautiful voice filled with a sense of joy, she sang most of her new Khaliji (Gulf) songs that are part of her latest release "Lao Yes'aloni" (If They Asked Me) and achieved the success she deserved.
Diana's concert left the Qatari audience with one of their most valuable memories, the chance to hear her sing. Her performance received the largest crowd due to her down to earth and sweet character that is not the least bit conceited. Her down to earth character led her to go down to the hotel lobby and meet some of her fans in a training suit, and her gentleness took her to have dinner outside her hotel room showing she is not afraid to confront the media and her fans. –Albawaba.com
